How do I pay?

Payments are manual. Request a plan in your console and we send you the payment instructions, for example a bank transfer. Our team switches your plan once the payment is confirmed. Nothing is charged automatically.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time from the console. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and you keep your plan until then.

What happens when my trial or plan ends?

Sending messages, bulk sends and connecting new numbers stop until you renew. You can still read your conversations, contacts, templates and billing.

Do the prices include WhatsApp's own message fees?

No. KIBRU plans cover the KIBRU console and platform. WhatsApp's own message charges are billed by Meta to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account.
